We have a Part -time Bookkeeper position for applicant interested in pursuing a career in Book Keeping with Allegra in the marketing industry. Candidate report to the Vice President of Finance and will train to very basic book-keeping in QuickBooks, to enter Accounts Payables, Reconcile Credit Card Statements and Communicate with Customers on the phone and by email to verify statements have been received and to alert past due accounts of status. Skills include entering information accurately into Quick-books and composing accurate business emails with correct and personable business grammar. This position has the opportunity to turn into a part or full-time career.
