For the second consecutive year, a sales professional at Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Tampa has earned the Rookie of the Year Award presented by Alliance Franchise Brands network.
Matt Shelley captured the honor, which recognizes superior customer service and sales volume. It is awarded to the top new account manager from across the international network of more than 250 locations.
Shelley joined the Allegra Tampa team in 2015 and transitioned to account management in 2016. “Matt quickly distinguished himself with his friendly enthusiasm, work ethic, and superior client consultation,” said Allegra President Linda Manci.
Shelley attributed his success to the support system at Allegra, which includes owners Linda Manci and husband Sam, customer service and production team members, and the training he received from Alliance Franchise Brands.
“Our team prides itself on client partnerships and the development of creative marketing within their budget,” said Linda Manci. “This honor recognizes both the efforts and results of Matt’s focus on exceeding client expectations. Matt stands out as an excellent resource for integrating the many marketing channels available to medium and small businesses, and we are extremely proud of him.”
